In fitness, it’s not the destination that counts the most, but the journey

The journey is the one thing that teaches the much-needed skills

Inside the journey you discover so many things about yourself

And you learn to do things you didn’t think were possible

Inside the journey you learn resilience, discipline, delayed gratification

You have wins

And disappointments

Progress

Motivation

Recovery

Without them, the destination is not real

The journey is made out of all the little steps – take them separately and they don’t mean much, put them together and they make the destination possible

Learn to master your journey and you can reach any destination 💪
