She is Tina, a working mom who struggled to stay consistent with a workout routine. Here is a summary of her results after 3 months in my program:
- 14 cm lost from the waistline
- She went from a sedentary lifestyle to being active
- Found a balance between daily activities and workouts
- Working out routine implemented and continued even after the program ended
- She became aware of her eating habits and made improvements towards better nutrition which contributed to losing the unwanted fat as well as raising the quality of her sleep
- Overall feeling much better, more energetic
- She found consistency, which was a missing piece in her life
Andreea is a mom to a toddler and working a full-time job.
For the past 2 years, she’s been going regularly to pilates and to body pump but she felt that something was missing: she wanted to build more strength and get rid of the guilt around food.
In the process, she got rid of the cravings for sweets, got a better understanding of her own body and needs in terms of nutrition, movement, and rest. Her energy level increased (being able to run around for longer with her daughter) while her resting heart rate decreased from over 72 bpm to 68 bpm.
These are the numerical results:
- body fat from 21.5% to 19.1%
- lean mass from 43.45 kg to 44.50 kg
- waist circumference from 66 cm to 63.5 cm
After several failed attempts to make fitness a part of her life, here are her biggest takeaways after 10 months in my program:
- I had several attempts before that didn’t stick, but Maria’s kind, supportive, flexible and holistic approach kept me motivated
- I changed my ways and my life a lot for the better. I started from wanting to be more active, to lose some weight and eliminate back pain, but gained so much more along the way.
- Awareness around eating and fitness habits, knowledge, discipline as well as mental and physical strength

She’s a working mom with a passion for crafting and painting—a beautiful but sedentary hobby. With her busy schedule, improving her posture became a priority.
Her 3-month results:
- 14 cm lost from the waistline
- 6kg lost
- Implemented a daily active routine, never had that in her life
- Feeling so much better than before, better sleep, awareness around food and lifestyle
- Biggest take-away: consistency

A single mom of two, juggling two jobs and occasional travel—her schedule is nonstop. On top of that, she’s been dealing with PCOS and struggling for years to lose weight without success.
In just 3 months, she has:
- Lost 7 cm from her waistline
- Built sustainable habits for a healthier lifestyle
- Gradually increased her strength and is now crushing her workouts
- Transformed from feeling weak and self-conscious to strong and confident
Her journey is proof that even with the busiest schedule, real change is possible!

Here’s Petya’s incredible transformation in just 21 days—4 workouts a week and small tweaks to her diet! She used to be very active, with no struggles around weight, but pregnancy and the COVID era changed everything.
The hardest part? Taking that first step. But on the other side, she found:
- More energy
- More confidence
- A smaller waist
- And a renewed belief in what’s possible!

“After dieting my entire life, I found something that is not a diet but allows me to lose weight, gain strength and enjoy my life!” Rasha summarises her biggest win after she’s been in my program for 3 months. She lost herself in motherhood (raising toddler twins) and in work (as an editor-in-chief, journalist, and writer). There wasn’t much left for herself—no motivation, no energy, and no time.
For many years, she struggled with being overweight, constantly dieting, and trying almost everything to lose weight. While she occasionally succeeded, the weight always came back. She felt discouraged, convinced that her relationship with food was far too complicated, and because of that, she believed losing weight wasn’t possible for her.
3 months into my program, Rasha accomplished to:
- lose 11 kg
- reduce her waistline by 14 cm
- reduce her hips circumference by 13 cm
- reduce the body fat from 53.1% to 42.2%
- increase lean body mass (muscle) by 4kg
- climb the stairs effortlessly
- run around with both girls in her arms
- gain confidence to wear her favorite dresses and take up her beloved dance classes

“Feeling generally wonderful, excited to do my workouts, I’m much more energetic and my mind is clearer “ is what she was telling me toward the end of the 3 month program and here are her results:
- no more back pain
- 3kg lost
- 5 cm less in the waistline
- 4 cm less in hip circumference
- 4 % less body fat

Carly’s goal was simple: she wanted a forever plan—a sustainable way to lose weight and stay active for good 😏.No strict diets, no calorie counting—just a healthy, balanced approach to food and exercise. That’s exactly what we built together! As a mom of two, she wanted to shed the baby weight, feel comfortable in her body, and bring back that sexy, confident energy.
After 4 months of working together, here’s what she achieved:
- Lost 10.5 kg
- 12 cm off her waist
- No more mindless snacking & never feeling hungry
- Excited for workouts & confident in exercising
- A stronger body—no more aches when chasing after her kids!

This is the incredible progress of someone who has battled chronic back pain for years. She joined my program determined to lose weight and embrace a healthier lifestyle—all while juggling a full-time job and being a mom to a toddler.
3 months in, she’s celebrating some major wins:
- Lost 9 cm from her waist
- 6.5% less body fat
- Became more active overall
- Gained awareness of her food choices
- More mindful of her body’s needs
- Built a much stronger core, reducing her back pain & improving mobility
And she did all this while life happened—through Christmas, travel, and the challenges of cold-season illnesses.

When Marina first reached out to me, her message was full of honesty, along these lines: she didn’t understand how she gained weight – she’s training often, eating healthy (following a Mediterranean diet) but her jeans don’t fit anymore. She couldn’t tell if she was gaining fat or muscle , if she should cut carbs or just accept it. She felt heavy (thus the urge to lose weight), but she also wanted a strong body.
Marina wasn’t lacking effort. What she needed was clarity – guidance on how to make all the pieces fit together so her hard work would actually pay off. Within 3 months of us working together (navigating holidays, work travels, moving from a hybrid home office to full-time in the office) here’s what happened:
- lost 6 kg (she said herself, “I didn’t expect to lose so much weight!”)
- dropped 10 cm off her waist – her jeans fit perfectly now
- feels lighter, stronger, and more confident in her body
- learned how to eat in a way that works for her, without cutting carbs or counting calories
- discovered how to balance her plate, fit in social events, and still make progress
And here’s the best part – she did all this while adjusting her fitness habits to her lifestyle, which got busier.

Julie is over 45 years old. In the last 4 years, she gained 20 kg and, apart from bothering her aesthetically, she developed back and knee pain, which made everyday tasks more difficult. She tried different things here and there, but nothing stuck.
As we got to talking, she told me that counting calories was not going to work for her ( tried it, not a fan), but something had to change. For good. Julie wanted a long-term plan. And that’s what she got – a plan she can stick to, both in terms of diet changes (in any and all situations) and exercises she can do at home.
During this time it was never about perfection – life happened (as it usually does) and Julie had to adapt when her family needed more of her. That meant less time and less energy for her while caring for loved ones, working and handling the household. That’s why her results are nothing short of amazing: 12 kg down and 10cm off her waistline in 4 months. She feels so much better, she moves with more ease, and she now has a new pile of jeans that fit her great 😉
I’ll give you a breakdown of what we did:
– Looked at her actual diet – weekdays, weekends, holidays and together, we worked on small daily improvements and how to handle out-of-routine scenarios without losing progress.
– I did not give her a strict meal plan to follow. Instead, we made tweaks to what she was already eating.
– Built her a training plan tailored to her fitness level, including corrections for certain imbalances I spotted when she was squatting.
– Considered her lifestyle – her job, daily movement, what her weekends usually look like – and implemented simple strategies to increase her step count even on the busiest days.
