About me

Hello, my name is Maria, and I am a fitness and nutrition coach for women.

My fitness journey was not a typical one – I did not grow up as a sporty girl. Since my teenage years, I struggled with extra weight and body image issues. I was drawn to sports and various physical activities, but I never stuck with anything for over three months because I thought my body was “inappropriate” – too short, too small, too chubby—simply not built for it. Slowly I started believing fitness wasn’t meant for me and giving up on the idea of being active.

My relationship with food was just as challenging—swinging between strict diets, overeating, and eventually, resignation.

All my failed attempts with both diet and exercise made me think that I would be out of shape for the rest of my life.

My first real breakthrough came in my late twenties when I committed to a trainer’s 3-month program including a meal plan and structured workouts. I lost 12 kg and felt incredible—I thought I had finally cracked the code to lifelong fitness. But as life got busier, I slipped back into old habits. Work projects piled up, and I started to fall behind on my routine.

Then, I got pregnant and naturally, I gained weight. 4 months post-partum, I found myself carrying more kg than I did after I gave birth.  That was the moment I decided not only to lose the pregnancy weight but to completely change my lifestyle so I wouldn’t face the same struggles every few months.

And so I did – I tried everything that had worked for me before. To my surprise, none of them worked anymore. My body had changed during pregnancy; it couldn’t move the same way or perform as I envisioned. Plus, I was breastfeeding and couldn’t go on a strict diet.

So, I crafted my own system—a sustainable, long-term plan that could adapt to my changing life. Six months in, I lost the excess weight (15 kg), I was leading an active lifestyle and following a way of eating that supported my health, energy, and overall well-being as a new mom.

By focusing on health, strength, and long-term solutions, I finally saw the results I had been longing for. This is how my method, LIFE (L- Lifestyle, I- Intention, F- Food, E- Exercise) came into existence.

My journey inspired me to study fitness, earn certifications, so I can share my system with other women facing similar challenges.

Now, my mission is to help women get fit through home workouts and practical nutrition guidelines. I believe in empowering women to find their strength, embrace their bodies, and achieve lasting fitness on their own terms. Join me on this journey to a healthier, stronger you!
