If we decide to move forward, you’ll get access to my coaching platform and nutrition resources. Together, we’ll create a clear plan that includes:

3. Ongoing Coaching & Support
Depending on the option you choose, we’ll connect live weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
During these calls, we’ll review your progress, adjust your plan, and tackle real-life challenges (like dining out, grocery shopping, or traveling).
Between calls, you’ll have access to me for questions, accountability, and feedback. You will get practical strategies for real-life day-to-day scenarios as well as out-of-the-ordinary events like eating out, grocery shopping, holidays, travel and anything else that might come up.
